Join YWCA Ulster Co. sponsored by Gateway Hudson Valley and Ellenville Regional Hospital for a powerful gathering honoring culturally rooted healing traditions and their continued relevance in modern wellness. Led by Dr. India Barkley (Healing with Yin) and Dee Dee the DJ, this evening will hold space for embodied somatic practices, reflection on ancestral knowledge, and music and dance as medicine.
