Day Habilitation (Site Based)

Site based Day Habilitation services are fun, meaningful activities and lessons, provided in an exciting, engaging, energetic classroom environment!

Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Bingo
  • Arts and crafts
  • Movies
  • Painting
  • Puzzles
  • Games
  • Movement/walking
  • Educational videos
  • And more…..

Focusing on person-centered choices, we assist individuals in learning, improving or retaining an array of skills to assist them to reach higher levels of independence. This service provides an individual the opportunity to socialize, interact and participate in educational, interesting and entertaining activities of their choosing.


Day Habilitation WOW (Without Walls)

Day Habilitation WOW services are provided primarily in the community, where participants work together to do research, participate in local activities and volunteering opportunities, discuss current events and explore new things!!

Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Visit Museums
  • Shopping
  • Bowling
  • Visit Library for research
  • Coffee at the diner
  • Walking at parks/trails
  • Arts and crafts
  • And more…..

Individuals practice their self-chosen goals in order to enhance their independence through skills that are learned and/or strengthened while engaging in exciting, educational and interesting experiences in the community.

Individuals who have an I/DD (Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability) diagnosis, are self-toileting, able to access program vans while self-ambulating, Medicaid Waiver enrolled (self-pay option for those without Medicaid), and have made an informed choice to participate.
