The purpose of Gateway’s compliance program is to insure that Gateway’s employees, board members, consultants and volunteers adhere to the highest standards of care that is professional, respectful, effective, honest, ethical and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you believe that an individual who is affiliated with Gateway is not performing their responsibilities in such a manner it is your responsibility to bring this to the attention of the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer (CQCO).
The Corporate Compliance Hotline allows the reporting of these types of concerns in a confidential, and if you chose, anonymous manner, without fear of retaliation. The Corporate Compliance Hotline goes directly to a secure voicemail line in the CQCO’s office.
