These position required criminal background checks facilitated through fingerprinting mandated by NYS Law. These positions require a valid NYS driver’s license and the individual must maintain a driving record which meets the insurance criteria of the Agency’s automobile insurance carrier. All positions require a criminal background check as per GHV guidelines. All positions must also have a favorable result from federal/state exclusions check.
As a regular full-time or part-time (working a regular schedule of at least 27½ hours per week) employee, you are eligible to participate in Gateway Hudson Valley. insurance plans. Enrollment is effective the first of the month following your date of hire or the date you transfer to a benefit eligible position.

3 days per year. Personal time must be taken prior to each anniversary of your hire or date of benefit eligibility. Pro-rated for those not working 40 hrs weekly
- 2 weeks accrued upon completion of first year (must complete six months employment to use accrued vacation).
- 3 weeks accrued per year your 2nd, 3rd and 4th years employed.
- 4 weeks accrued per year effective your 5th anniversary.
You may accrue and carry over up to a maximum of 160 hours of vacation time
12 days accrued each anniversary year or date of benefit eligibility. You may accrue up to a maximum of 640 hours of sick leave.
